Growing Up/Puberty

Sometime between 9 and 13 years of age, most boys and girls begin to go through puberty, a process that changes one's body from a child to an adult. The changes that happen during puberty can continue until about age 18 or older. Some of these changes can affect the health and treatment of people with bleeding disorders.
